Disclaimer 

Webster’s Organics recommends a skin patch test for all new products. Apply a small amount of new product to clean skin inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. 

It is especially important to undertake this patch testing if you are prone to sensitive skin, eczema, and psoriasis to avoid flare-ups.

Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Webster’s Organics cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if any. We strongly suggest that you patch test any new product before its continued usage. If any redness or itching occurs do not continue use.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are mostly handmade in small batches and use natural ingredients so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).

Our recommendations are based on the advice of qualified alternative therapy practitioners and widely accepted facts about a particular natural ingredient.

We recommend using an opened product within a reasonable time frame. Please note that bath bombs become less reactive the older they get.

We recommended that after applying any product to first wash your hands prior to touching the area around your eyes, lips and sensitive areas.

We recommend during pregnancy and breastfeeding; not to administer aggressive skin care treatments. ​

Webster’s Organics is NOT liable for any irregular skin reaction that may occur through the use of our products.
We are NOT liable for the improper use of our skin care products.

Returns

If you have any problems with your order (not received, items arrives damaged, etc) Please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products, however, in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to being damaged/defected.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please note that bath bombs are not covered by damage whilst in transit. While we try our best to package them securely they are fragile products. 

We're very sorry if the Webster’s Organics products you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or jostled en route to your house. If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s
  • Send the photo towebstersorganics@outlook.com along with your order reference number
  • Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase.

Refunds will be issued directly to the payment card or account used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webstersorganics@outlook.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at webstersorganics@outlook.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Webster's Organics is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Webster's Organics.

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.

Your personal data will only be used for the processing and invoicing of your order only.
